We want you to love your Faherty pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and feel for your lifelong wardrobe.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
